Tile Expo in Freeport, New York

I love this place

Horrible customer service. Only Jesus is a nice guy who really tries to help you and is honest about the policies and pricing & discounts. Rest of them are super rude on the phone and always ready to fight on the phone with customers. I had to return a few boxes of tiles and was told everything can be returned if I pay a re-stocking fee. When I went to return, they blamed the tile company they bought it from and said the tile company doesn't want to buy the boxes back. Total rubbish and lies. Then they tried to charge a restocking fee for their own saddle. Why wasn't I told early on? Nothing is made clear during ordering. They order the wrong stuff unless you check the order and SKUs yourself. They also wanted to use my order date as the date of purchase when it took them 2 - weeks to deliver the tiles to me. NOT 3-days, 2 weeks. So I get penalty for being even more late. I ended up feeling frustrated as the women there are sitting with baseball bats to hit customers if they mention RETURNS! They have no sense of communicating nicely and laying out proper rules and making the buyer fully aware of options. I wouldn't recommend going there unless you work with Jesus end to end. He is very nice, super helpful, and honest. It's not like they are doing charity for giving us tiles, we are paying a good penny for it. The material and options are really good and their showroom always has new stuff to pick from. Thanks Jesus for your help! Rest of you, please find non-customer service jobs so you don't bring this business to close.
